Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO VIETNAM A leading retail company, that is well-know in their sector, are currently hiring an experienced Chief Financial Officer (x1 vacancy) to lead the finance division here in Vietnam. The Chief Financial Officer leads the process of setting business targets and coordinating the budget round, monitors business performance, advises on the financial consequences of major decisions, leads the process of reporting financial and managerial data, and makes recommendations targeted at improving and safeguarding financial results. Lead and manage a finance team and responsible for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning of group finance and treasury departments Provide leadership to embed profitability, cash culture, risk management, and excellent commercial judgement in business decision making Collaborate and contribute to the Board and Senior Leadership Team to drive company performance Develop, lead, and deliver the short- and long-term business plan, reflecting the company vision, including the identification of opportunities and risks and cash requirements Define key performance indicators for the company, through analysis, to drive business decisions and solutions to growth, costs, profitability, and cash management Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs Identify and manage stakeholders up to C-suite level and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions Represent the organisation in relationship with investors, clients, the public and other relevant external relations At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, working in retail, FMCG, consumer goods or pharmacutical MNC is strongly preferred Experience in managing and developing large finance teams (50+) Have operated in an environment where the turnover is in excess of $250 million USD annually Experienced in strategic management and leadership across functions Highly motivated and adaptable with great attention to detail
