Sustainability Manager

Job Description : SUSTAINIBILITY MANAGER VIETNAM A European coffee company is looking for a Sustainability Manager to manage a large team in Vietnam who work closely with Vietnam's coffee production sector. The Sustainability Vietnam Manager will develop, manage and pursue existing and new business opportunities that will result in increased revenue and impact in rural area. Reporting to Sustainability Regional Manager (the Management Team), s/he will supervise activities of the Sustainability Vietnam team to successfully implement certification, on-going field projects, develop new projects and funding The role will focus on the certification of supply chains, the management of third party projects and on leading the agro-input business unit The Sustainability Vietnam Manager will conduct reconnaissance, design strategies and manage proposal development, coordinating the involvement of the field operational team and consultants. The Sustainability Vietnam Manager will integrate inputs of other contributors in proposals that are being developed The goal is to contribute to the Sustainability Vietnam’s process of producing well-coordinated, streamlined, efficient, and high quality services and products delivery to rural population A minimum of 8-10 year's experience in sustainability or coffee/commodity sector Master degree level in an agriculture, development and/or business related subject Flexible and adaptive to different cultures Excellent English
