Production and Process Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION AND PROCESS MANAGER MALAYSIA FOR PLASTIC · Lead and train team supervisor in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, machinery maintenance and continuous improvement. · Responsible for planning and execution of production requirements or product quality and delivery timeliness. · Plan and coordinate daily audit for engineering processes, tool set up & part buy off. · Perform problem solving, corrective actions, root cause analysis and continuous improvement. · Maintain 5S environment and take care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures. · Implement standard work methods and work instructions. · Responsible for performing mould trial operations, and optimization of moulding parameters. · Troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output. · Maintain process parameter control for every machine and mould setups. · Responsible for summarizing and record-keeping of trail casting model parameters, including analysation, and implementation of optimization plans. · Responsible for formulating technical standards for the moulding process, improvement of the production process, improvement of product performance and structure, including the compilation of process instructions. · Prepare process documents such as standard parameters, Work Instructions. · Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. · Improve COPQ and productivity. · Develop and improve moulding processes for new and existing products. · Work closely with production, come up with Root cause analysis and improvement plans. · Report to the manager · Degree in, Mechanical, Tooling, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent. · Min 10 years experience in Epoxy moulding or Plastic injection · Hands-on knowledge in CNC, milling, turning and experience in moulding engineering and mould making is an advantage. · Conversant in, Process Validation, SPC and Control Plan. · Critical thinking, analytical, problem solving. · Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
