National Sales Manager 
12 yearsJob Description : NSM BISCUITS NIGERIA As the national sales manager, you will oversee the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of all the teams and sales personnel you supervise. You may also manage other regional or division managers across the country. You will complete a variety of other leadership responsibilities, including: · Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals · Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans · Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers · Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports · Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses · Managing sales budgets · Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies · Approving and managing large client contracts · Recruiting, hiring and training new employees · Networking with potential business partners and clients · Creating presentations for business partners, corporate executives and shareholders 1. Candidate must be an Indian by nationality 2. Candidate must have experience in biscuit selling business 3. Candidate must have spent eight years in Nigeria. 4. Candidate must have worked in that capacity for 12+ years. Salary Budget: $3000.00 per month.
