Job Description : SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER MEXICO Manage the production of the clothing plants, ensuring compliance with the objectives of Safety, Quality, People, Cost and Delivery. Ensure the alignment of the clothing plants to the mission, vision and values??of Diltex Brands Guarantee the professional development of your work team, adhering to the policies of the Human Factor area. Establish the objectives of the areas under the responsibility of the Manufacturing Manager, aligned with the guidelines of the Management. Supervise the assignment and leveling of work for the garment plants based on the projection. Assign resources (machinery, humans, training, technology, etc.) to comply with production programs. Manage the processes that allow the objectives to be met. Manage labor relations (unions). Manage the relationship with suppliers. Formulate the spending budget and implement actions to control it Implement a culture of continuous improvement based on the Lean philosophy.
