Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER INDONESIA Reporting to the Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all production-related activities and ensuring goals for safety, quality, cost and employee development are achieved. Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high-quality products against aggressive production targets Provide production analysis and make recommendations on solutions to process improvements Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime Ensure compliance to production and delivery schedule Bachelor’s degree in any related field Minimum of 12 years' managerial experience in liquid processing in dairy products is preferred Knowledgeable in project management with experience in high strategic projects Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP and PNID Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability and very detail-oriented
