Job Description : CONCRETE PLANT HEAD MEXICO Company dedicated to the Mayan Train Project, is looking for the next Head of a concrete plant in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo As Head of the Concrete Plant, you must guarantee the operational continuity in the production of concrete, controlling the dosage of raw materials, ensuring the quality according to internal standards and the delivery of the product, ending up exceeding the expectations of our client, through the administration of the human resources, mobile and fixed equipment and raw materials under their responsibility. Coordinates and manages the necessary equipment for the production of concrete. Supervise compliance with security policies and procedures. Ensure that the personnel in charge have the necessary conditions for the performance of their activities. Ensures the application and participates in improvements to integral management processes such as: ISO 9001, 17025, 14001, OHSAS 18001. Coordinates, together with the logistics area, the correct supply of raw materials and supervises consumption in the plant Correctly manage inventories and supplies. Preparation of concrete work formulas. Ensure the proper functioning of fixed and mobile equipment by following up on preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure that the Plant complies with the conditions of order, cleanliness and adequate image. In coordination with the Quality area, supervise quality control and raw material tests in accordance with procedures, as well as report any anomaly that puts product quality at risk Leader of his work team ensuring productivity and discipline always adhering to operational, legal and labor policies and procedures. Monitors and guarantees safety and hygiene in the operating plants under his responsibility.
