Job Description : GLOBAL HEAD OF BUSINESS PLANNING AND ANALYSIS AUSTRALIA Along with being a key role that plays a crucial part in the success of the business and delivery of a world class finance function as part of global finance leadership team you will have ownership of all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, business reporting and business partnering. The role will have a strong focus on partnering with the business to help each area understand its financials and provide analytics to help support the business drive optimal business outcomes. This area will also be responsible for assessment of business cases and will be involved in supporting the commercial team with the assessment of new business, acquisitions, divestments and client pricing. • Lead and develop the budgeting, forecasting and business reporting framework across the Division • Support the commercial team with the assessment of acquisitions, divestments and client pricing by supporting their analysis • Lead the analytics of the business, working with both the business and supporting functions to provide insights • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes spanning Australia, UK, HK, NZ and India teams for R&SS, • Coordinate & monitor the reporting timelines across the BP&A team delivering a streamlined month end reporting and analysis process. • Support the commercial team with respect to the development of their business models to support new business, acquisitions, divestments and client pricing decisions • Work closely with the Head of Strategy and Business Development to contribute to the strategy process Experience Required: • Solid (20+ years) experience f working across a variety of Finance roles with at least +5 years in a business partnering role, • CA,ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures • In addition to strong technical finance skills, the successful candidate will have strong business & external stakeholder management capability and be a strategic and agile thinker. • Experience in process re-engineering, program management and technology implementations will also be valuable. • Strong excel modelling skills and worked with budgeting and forecasting tools • Experience managing internal business stakeholders
