Maintenance Manager

Job Description : MAINTENANCE MANAGER KSA Job Location : AL Thuwal Must have minimum of 15 years of expereince in MEP or Maintenance repair in a large organization. Bachelor of Engineering – Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Must have experience in Asset Management and condition surveys - Designs and develops the Maintenance strategy on site. - Manage the Maintenance and Repair functions in coordination with the superintendents, to ensure that equipment, facilities and buildings are operational. - Establish periodic maintenance schedules for the maintenance activities of facilities and establish priorities in coordination with the Planning Office and Unit Managers. - Reviews failure and breakdown analysis with a view to establish corrective action plans as necessary and produces trend analysis reports. - Analyses system operating data and evaluates the overall effectiveness of the maintenance activities. - Establish and manage a 24/7 maintenance emergency and response and repair organization, including formulation of priorities, general operating routine and procedures. - Identifies and coordinates the training and continuation training needs for the Maintenance functions program including health and safety issues. - Coordinates with HSE department to ensure that all maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with the acceptable standards. - Maintains customer relation and ensures customer satisfaction. - Develops and manages the protocols required to manage upgrades and refurbishment planning and delivery. - Oversee execution of division’s 24-hour on-call rotation and ensure that response times remain within Company’s expectation
