Job Description : GM DRC FOR PACKAGING leading business house in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Packing Material - Cosmetics, Personal Care and Carbonated beverages, and packaged drinking water Roles and Responsibilities This is a senior-level position requires expert knowledge of operations, management and regular interaction with top management Desired Candidate Profile The position is a senior level handling various facilities producing various packaging material Plastic Blown Film PET preforms PP Raffia bags Corrugated boxes Interact with top management, cross functional teams, and ensure the production facilities meet the organizational goals. Knowledge of best industry practices, international standards of packaging Hands-on experience of managing medium size plants with multiple machines and multiple technologies is highly desired. Hands-on experience of understanding customer preferences, interaction with customers on technical aspects Candidates should have administrative skills to handle various administrative aspects involved in routine operations. Candidates should be comfortable working with personnel from diverse geographical backgrounds Education Qualifications. Engineering in plastics Experience: 18+ years of experience at senior and middle level position handing end to end activities Age: 40-46 Years Language requirement: English, Hindi. Knowledge of French and previous working experience in Africa will be an added advantage but not mandatory
