Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Maintanance Technician Company: leading plastic preform and closures manufacturer in Qatar Job Responsibilites: 5. 1. To maintain and record all the process activities in accordance with the organization’s policy and procedures. 5. 2. To be responsible for implementing all the safety norms and control measures in the job activity. 5. 3. All machineries, devices, power panel board, AC’s & Chillers to be serviced and maintained correctly. 5. 4. Chiller water testing, Chiller water cooling and performance monitoring and maintenance as per requirement. 5. 5. Machine maintenance, Mold Maintenance, Dryer maintenance to be done timely on regular basis. 5. 6. Need to maintain a clean environment with the power panel room, board, AC’s and chillers 5. 7. Carrying out Daily / Weekly / Monthly/Annually maintenance as per maintenance schedule. 5. 8. Monitor Air compressors performance & maintenance as per plan. 5. 9. Ensure correct and adequate spare parts are always available. 5. 10.Making maintenance history card for all equipment’s. 5. 11.Monitoring and record daily Equipment parameters. 5. 12.Daily check for all utility equipment’s and lamps 5. 13.Making spares request before consuming and change of spares with the failure units with proper safety measurements 5. 14.Ensure all working areas neat and functional always 5. 15.Help to track all technical spares and Spares store maintain as per requirement. 5. 16.Creating Standard Operating Procedures for respective machineries
