MEP Engineer

Job Description : MEP ENGINEER OMAN Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a reputed Institution/ University OR Diploma from Govt approved Polytechnic / Institution. Age: 30 years Experience: 10+ years of experience in MEP installations. Candidates should have exposure in the MEP works of multi-storied residential and commercial buildings, villas, townships etc. Should have adequate experience project post completion activities i.e. management of defects, management of maintenance, management of FMC/AMC, management of disputes etc. Experience in GCC preferred. Candidate must have work experience with start hotels (preferably 5 star hotels Job: The incumbent would be responsible for the MEP scope of works of large civil / building projects. The work includes monitoring of MEP Sub contractors, coordination with various agencies, suppliers and contracts, ensuring necessary quality and cost controls etc.
