Instrumentation Engineer

Job Description : INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER SOUTH AFRICA This position is responsible for plant availability through preventive Instrumentation maintenance of the equipment, which reduces the breakdown time with scheduled condition monitoring activities with proper spares procurement & respond to the shut down jobs in incumbent's respective area. · Responsible for SAP and PAP Instrumentation day to day maintenance. · Responsible for SAP and PAP Inst. P.M planning and implementation. · Calibration of SAP and PAP Instruments as per ISO 9001 schedules & MI. · Raising & Follow up of PRs of the area. Spares planning & procurement. · All improvement activities & Capex jobs of the area . · PM & History records of Acid Plants. · Up keep of all drawings & documentation of Acid Plants · Responsible for total MI of Instrumentation. · Maintenance of Analyzers in acid plants. Btech - Instrumentation Engineering with 10 yrs of experience in manufacturing industry - Phosphuric / Sulphuric acid , granulations , Industry · Minimum 5 years in plant operations must · Knowledge on DCS hardware and software, · PLC hardware and software · Field Instrumentation, · Calibration procedures and schedules · Management systems (QMS/EMS/OSHAS/PSMS), · Problem Analysis, Trouble Shooting, · Statutory like Printers,weighing machines and automatic packing machine. · Candidates willing to relocate to South Africa may only apply
