Job Description : GM UAE AED 25,000 – 30,000 Industry: Automobile Accessories looking for young energetic male professionals to join their team as a General Manager for the car tinting division. – Overseeing daily business operations. – Developing and implementing growth strategies. – Training low level managers and staff. – Creating and managing budgets. – Improving revenue. – Evaluating performance and productivity. – Analyzing accounting and financial data. – Researching and identifying growth opportunities. – Generating reports and giving presentations. – Financial forecasting and risk analysis. – Reduce costs and increase profits. – Presenting financial and budget reports. – Experience with automobile accessories (especially car tinting) will be considered for the role. – Degree in business management or masters in business administration. – UAE experience is mandatory. – Good knowledge of different business functions – Imports, Exports, Procurement, Finance, Sales, etc. – Strong leadership qualities. – Excellent communication skills. – Highly organized. – Strong work ethic. – Good interpersonal skills. – Meticulous attention to detail. – Computer literate. – Proactive nature. – Candidates with minimum 12 years of experience in the automobiles industry. – Only male candidates will be considered. – Age: Below 45 years. – Nationality: Indian.
