Job Description : HR MANAGER NIGERIA HR Manager who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. He will be responsible for administrative tasks and will contribute to making the company a better place to work. · Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for employees and Mentor HR staff. · Oversees the daily workflow of the department. · Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. · Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Thorough understanding of country-specific employment laws as warranted. · Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong supervisory and leadership skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. · Master's degree, MBA or a related advanced degree preferred with at least 10 years experience.
