Job Description : PLANT MANAGER NAVERRE SPAIN Manage production and maintenance areas. • Supervise and ensure compliance with the production plan. • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actions. • Contribute to compliance with quality standards. • Promote actions and projects to reduce costs. • Implement Lean Manufacturing philosophy. • Ensure the maintenance of the machinery park. • Participate in the industrialization of new projects. The person selected as Plant Manager will meet the following requirements: • Training in Industrial Engineering. • Previous experience in similar functions, valued positively in the automotive or plastic sector. • High English. • Knowledge of ERP. • Leadership and communication skills.
