Senior Project Director

Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR KSA Contributing to the end to end development of the approved 2030 vision, working with an exceptional team to help design and construct the most exciting real estate industry in Saudi Arabia. Key Requirements: ?• Min 25 years experience in relevant experience and 15 years of direct experience. ?• Hospitality, Retail and Real Estate Villa experience needed. ?• Excellent knowledge of feasibility studies, FRP’s, assisting in setting project targets. ?• Knowledge in writing reports, reviewing contracts and counselling clients on market conditions. ?• Scope includes overseeing all aspects of the development and managing the design process and budget. ?• Excellent planning, scheduling and preparation and management experience required. ?• Collaborating with internal design team. ?• Arabic speaker preferred. Degree in Finance, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Urban Planning. MBA preferred. 25 years work experience is the minimum requirement.Hospitality, Mixed Use, Residential, Leisure, Large Scale Project Experience
