Compliance Head

Job Description : COMPLAINCE HEAD DUBLIN IRELAND A Dublin based fintech are looking for a head of compliance to join their team. They are heavily compliance focused and are looking for someone who would be happy to build a relationship with the regulator alongside advising the business on how best to commercially grow in a compliant manner. This is a great roll your sleeves up role with lots of exciting short and long term projects. Alongside the basic package there are equity opportunities available. Hold the PCF12, 14 and 52 with main responsibilities falling within the AML and regulatory compliance realm Work closely with the CEO and CFO to assist in the licence approval with the central bank Assure the business is compliant and positioned for expansion in an organic way Oversee the AML and CTF functions for Europe Act as main point of contact with the regulator Work closely with product and design and engineering teams to ensure new and existing products comply with the relevant regulations Advise board and senior staff on compliance matters and act as the business partner As an ideal candidate for this role you will have prior experience in a head of compliance, MLRO or senior compliance manager position within financial services. You will be looking for a dynamic role where you get to be hands on in the initial growth stages of the business and get to grow your role as the business expands.
