Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI UAE for F & b • Working closely with the management heads in formulating long term business strategy, developing enterprise-wide growth plan, setting financial and non-financial KPIs and driving implementation • Leading the planning, forecasting and budgeting activities for the group • Core member of the leadership team and advising top management on newer investment opportunities • Handling the financial closing and consolidation on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis • Leading treasury and banking operation and working capital management across all the group entities • Closely monitoring investment of new markets with details forecasting and cash flow management • Managing the regularity, internal and statutory audits • Leading the regularity compliance process around VAT corporate tax and other local loss across different jurisdiction • Conducting regular meetings with key stakeholders to closely review and benchmark the business and financial performance • Handling ERP migration and other automation initiatives across the group for continuous improvement in business processes and best practices Requirements: • 10+ years of experience • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
