Job Description : Project Commercial Lead (Mixed-use) Company: Leading Main Contractor (Civil & Build) Location: Manama, Bahrain leading Main Contractor (Civil & Building) in the Middle East region, currently looking to hire a Project Commercial Manager for a high-value 'mixed-use' building project in Bahrain, inclusive of multiple asset classes. The Commercial Lead will be responsible for: - Cost Management - Value Engineering - Variations & Change Control - Interim Applications for payment - Valuations - Contract Preparation - Sub-Contractor Management - Final Account The Commercial Lead will have: - Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying (or similar) - Ideally MRICS - A minimum 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying - A minimum of 2 major projects delivered, as the Commercial Lead
