New Product Development Manaer

Job Description : NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SPAIN Leading international machinery company in the industrial sector wishes to incorporate a New Product Development Project Manager. Position based in Madrid South zone. Leadership of the different innovation projects and internal development of electrical and electronic products and components. Management of the planning and execution of the same through agile methodologies. Fulfillment of the objectives and scope of the project, within the established deadlines and costs. Management of the market and the necessary requirements. Monitoring of the industrialization of the new product and start of series life. Evaluation and proposal of improvements in the event of deviations. Coordination of functional teams, contact and communication with the different stakeholders and departments of the organization at a global level. - Essential engineering training with specialization in electricity. Valuable PMP or SCRUM master certification. - From 12-15 years of experience as PM- project manager and/or manager of industrialization in AGILE projects in multidisciplinary teams. - Negotiation level English (C1) and German desirable. - Good interlocution and communication skills. Interest in technology and development. Accustomed to working in a team and proposing initiatives.
