Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER PHHILIPPINES FOR PACKAGING Country Manager (Packaging) job. This job requires a candidate with a strong background and experience in technical support and client management. Develop, implement and execute sales and marketing plans that are consistent with the company’s goals for market share attainment for Philippines, whilst satisfying established financial performance objectives. Drive and manage the P&L (Revenue and StdGP) of Philippines Ensure to maintain a competitive posture within Asia that is compatible with the company's value proposition whilst remaining alert to activities of competitors Coordinate the development and implementation of sales strategy, sales plans for Philippines in line with the Company's strategic and operational plans Drive business development activities locally Appraise new customer acquisitions and other filling machine projects with the Head of Finance and the Director of Cluster AP-South and ensure that customer requirements and the strategic value is understood Ensure customers satisfaction and be responsible for the overall good relationship with all existing and new customers Work closely with the sales function to understand business drivers and develop programs that effectively supports sales activities Coordinate the development and execution of marketing plans to support the attainment of the established sales objectives Ensure excellence in the delivery of technical support to continuously drive high-level of operational efficiency at customers Resolve, in conjunction with F&C Manager and Head of Finance that overdue accounts receivable are settled in an effective, yet amicable manner with existing customers in order to improve the overall cash flow of the company and reduce financial risks Build an integrated, effective sales, marketing, service and support organisation for Philippines Demonstrate high quality leadership capabilities vis-a-vis his/her staff, act as a coach and mentor to ensure that the required performance level is reached by each team member Develop and implement appropriate guidelines and procedures with the Local, Regional and Global functions, and contribute to the overall improvement of corporate systems, procedures and processes Consolidate the company's corporate image, both internally and externally, by assisting Marketing Communications in the development of appropriate corporate messages Define and drive the implementation of sustainability initiatives locally in coordination with the Sustainability Manager Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines Management responsibility through subordinate managers or responsibility for multiple teams Ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information Ability to impact through responsibility for delivery of end results, and contribution to planning, finances/budget and policy development
