Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR PHILIPPINES In this essential role, you will be responsible for the developing people, cultivating a positive and engaging environment, improving processes, and influencing decision makers to make an impact in achieving business objectives. Provide coaching/mentoring to operations managers, working with leadership and corporate functions in managing operations to meet business objectives Partner and collaborate with business and operations leaders to deliver outcomes that meet business objectives Provide management oversight in executing business strategies Actively contribute to the development of offshore strategies and contribute to the execution of business priorities At least 10 years of experience in operations leadership in a global environment Track record in global stakeholder management. Experience with working with US senior stakeholders is preferred Experience in driving engagement and cultivating a team environment for a large team People management experience is required
