Operations Director

Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR PACKAGING INDONESIA In this job, you will lead the Production, Quality and Project teams to establish objectives, policies and procedures covering all phases of manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for the Operations Director to establish and develop plant operations systems, quality and projects. Your main responsibilities will be to establish a proper SOP, system and people development. Direct and participate in the process of acquiring, production scheduling and completion Develop specific short-term and long-term projects related to production Direct preparation of operations cost reports, manpower and facilities requirements Formulate and establish standard practices based on comparative studies of methods, cost and manufacturing figures Develop ideas, ways and means for better productivity, yield and cost reduction Drive continuous improvement in all process of operations and project 15 or more years of experience in plant operations and over 10 years of managerial experience Bachelor's degree in Polymer Processing, Chemical Engineering or any related field Experienced in the packaging industry and MNC environment Formal qualifications in project management, lean management, six sigma and relevant experience in plant operational management, energy saving improvement, wastage improvement, etc.
