Job Description : Plant Head .NIGERIA DEPARTMENT : PRODUCTION DESIGNATION : PRODUCTION MANAGER · Education : Degree or Diploma in Plastic / Polymer / CIPET Engg · Experience : 10 yrs to 15 yrs in plastic injection molding KEY PURPOSE · Achieve cost effective production consistently. · Effective shop management. · Adhering to production plans given by planning. · KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets · Ensure timely standard quality and planned operations (Molding and other allied operations ) are achieved through optimal utilization of 5M. · Ensuring that the production is economical. · Ensure effective implementation MSES/ ISOTS / EMS / OSHAH systems. · Track competencies of all subordinates and provide leadership, training and development as required to achieve the objectives. · Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices like Lean / Kaizen / 5S. · Coordination and value addition with NPD team. · Preparation of monthly operational report. · Attending and ensuring that there are no quality remarks from auditor. · Bench marking manufacturing practices · Improvements in processes, methods,
