Deputy Construction Manager

Job Description : DEPUTY CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR SPAIN An important company in the construction sector at a national level selects a Construction Deputy Director. The position offers stability, and a long-term career plan and professional development Reporting to the General Construction Directorate, the main functions are: 50% of the time managing the production business, and 50% of the time managing the work teams Ensure the correct coordination of the construction area (+100 people) Supervision of the budget and financial monitoring of each project Define and control the term of the works, proposing and implementing corrective measures Guarantee customer satisfaction in post-sale service Supervise the quality in the execution of projects and perfect state of delivery Coordination of group leaders and site managers The minimum requirements for this position are: University degree: Technical Architect, Civil Engineer, Higher Architect or other technical discipline. MBA or Master of Construction Business Management Ability to manage people and teams, as well as leadership skills Clear results orientation Perspective of long-term commitment to the business project Availability to reside permanently in the Valencian Community You have a clear professional career in the world of construction You have mainly worked in the building / residential area You have not only worked as a construction manager You have exercised managerial functions or as a group leader for approximately +5 years You have a total career experience in the sector between 15 and 25 years ?English level High knowledge of the construction sector, companies, suppliers and market
