Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ALICANTE SPAIN FOR LEATHER Renowned global exporter of high-end leather products with more than 70 years of experience in the sector, seeks to incorporate a Production Director based in Alicante. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of products and services to exceed customer expectations. Efficiency: He/she will be responsible for keeping the production facility highly efficient by reducing waste. Results oriented. Delivery time: You will be responsible for honoring all customer commitments for reliable and on-time delivery. Customer Satisfaction: You will need to continually determine short-term and long-term customer needs and exceed their expectations. Extensive experience in the leather sector or in a TIER 1 production factory. Orientation to results, high focus on preventive maintenance to direct the installation in a totally safe way. Highly familiar with cause-effect quality tools, why analysis, 8D, Ishikawa; to maintain the reliable and safe quality level. Exercising good leadership practices to recruit, develop and maintain a cohesive team and enthusiasm for KPI's improvements. Very high technical experience and knowledge in production practices (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma). PROFILES Degree/Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering. Training in Lean Manufacturing and Quality. +10 years of experience. Availability for immediate incorporation LANGUAGES English: Very High.
