General Manager

Job Description : GM AGRO MADAGASCAR You are responsible for the following missions: Guarantee the smooth operation of purchasing transactions with farmers, collectors, preparers by ensuring product quality, yield and the processing process Ensure sales, shipping and processing operations export of the goods in compliance with the regulations in force and the incoterms -Ensure the proper management of the P&L entrusted to you, supervise the industrial activity and implement the vision and strategy defined by the group. Intervene in budget processes, expenditure control and purchasing policy, Propose to management strategic areas of development in terms of products or markets but also processes aimed at improving production and shipping flows Develop internal skills with middle management and set up performance indicators and quantitative objectives and qualitative. - Ensure the interface with customers, local administrative authorities and group leaders - Manage the commercial relationship with local and international customers, guarantee the quality of service and the brand image of the group. -Ensure reporting to headquarters and manage social relations, ensuring that a healthy social climate is maintained. With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of operational experience in the agri/food sector in emerging markets, ideally on the African continent. Field-oriented, you have acquired solid knowledge of purchasing, production quality, performance, operations, export procedures and relations with local authorities. Rigorous and autonomous, you are a charismatic leader.
