Job Description : STORE MANAGER KENYA 10-15 years experience Store Manager *** ONLY INDIAN NATIONALS TO APPLY PLEASE **** Job Role : *Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability *Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff *Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service *Fully responsible for store inventory and stock audits. *Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures *Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Assigns jobs and projects to staff to ensure that deadlines are met safely and accurately. *Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy. *Ensures that an accurate inventory record of finished goods is maintained in accordance with established procedures. *Conducts regular inventory checks, random checks on at least a weekly basis, and thorough checks on at least a monthly basis. *Delegate’s fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled. *Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc *Additional store manager duties as needed *Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager *Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and software used to maintain inventory.
