Financial Controller

Job Description : Financial Controller" for a leading Mining Excavation Company based in Central Africa. Qualification : CA OR ICWA Experience : 10+ Years Industry : Mining OR Heavy Equipment's / Machinery Responsibilities : · Costing equipment wise, Cash flow · Ensure monthly MIS are accurately, improve procurement costing, implement costing methods, optimize cash-flows, ensure OHADA accounting guidelines are followed · Imrpove 5% costing by working with the management and operations team · Ensure SOP are verified on whole accounting requirements · Ensure implementation of Gaps which is found in the forst 30 to 60 days · Ensure equipment wise costing’s accuracy opting · Ensuring proficiency in French/ Swhalli in 120 days · Finance & overall Management · OHADA & IFRS standards of accounting practices · Able to achieve expectations of share- holders on finance & accounting · Potential scope in Group to become Group Finance Head
