Job Description : Project Development Managers – Wind Energy Projects PHILIPPINES Leading Philippine Power Generation Utility/Developer From Finalised Investment Approval to Executable EPC Contract Stage Must Have Wind Renewable Energy Project Experience! Seeking Expatriate Candidates Location - Manila, Philippines one of the most successful and innovative Philippine Power Generation Utilities/Developers with a large program in the Development and Execution of Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Wind – Onshore/Offshore, BESS etc..). As part of their Strategic Initiative and Corporate goal to diversify their Electricity Generation Capability, they seek an experienced Project Development Executive to lead their team in this endeavour Reporting to the AVP Project development, the responsibilities of this role includes: Taking projects that have successfully navigated the Corporate Investment Approvals Process and moving these projects through to the EPC Contract Award phase ready for execution. This includes covering issues such as: Implementation of proven and effective Project Management Strategies and Processes across all projects. Managing Permit and Regulatory Compliance requirements Appropriate strategy development and implementation allowing projects to effectively move through the Philippine Renewable Energy Regulatory Framework Keeping abreast of Technology Developments and the selection of the most appropriate technical solutions. Undertaking Financial Analysis/Cost Benefit Studies across a range of Scenarios to optimise Development outcomes for the client. Optimising the effectiveness of the team to achieve world class performance in the areas of Risk Management, Cost Containment, Quality and Safety Standards and Time/Schedule Delivery/Completion of projects including optimization of the O&M Strategy. Reports and tracks Project/s progress and prompt senior management interventions and support as required. Minimum of 15 years work experience in the field of Project Development with substantial Experience in the Wind or Solar Renewable Energy Field. (Bias on Wind) Commercial and Contractual acumen, Strong Vendor, Contractor and Consulting Engineer Negotiation and Contract Management Skills Effective Leadership, Planning and Organizing skills Excellent communication and stakeholder relation skills Knowledgeable in various computer applications and programs.
