Job Description : VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PHILIPPINES Leading Philippine Power Generation Utility/Developer From Concept Development to Finalised Investment Approval Must Have Renewable Energy Project Experience! Open to Expatriate and Philippine Candidates Location – Manila, Philippines one of the most successful and innovative Philippine Power Generation Utilities with a large Program in the Development and Execution of Renewable Energy Projects (Solar, Wind – Onshore/Offshore, BESS etc..). As part of their Strategic Initiative and Corporate goal to broaden their Electricity Generation Capability. They seek an experienced Business Development Executive to lead their Development team in this endeavour. Taking projects from the Concept phase and navigated them through the Corporate Investment Approvals Process and the handing them over to the Project Development team to deliver an Executable EPC Contract. Leading and developing a substantial team in the development of these projects Ensuring all aspects such as Regulatory, Community, Investment and other stakeholder requirements are accounted for, and the appropriate Corporate Investment benchmarks are met prior to presentation to the Investment Approvals Board. Promotes and implements proven and effective Project Management Strategies and Processes across all Development projects. Optimising the effectiveness of the team to achieve world class performance in the areas of Risk Management, Investment Analysis, Customer Profiling/Identification, Cost Containment, Quality and Safety Standards and Time/Schedule Delivery/Completion of these Development projects. Reports and tracks Project/s progress and prompt senior management interventions and support as required. Minimum of 10 years work experience in the field of Business Development Projects with substantial Experience in the Renewable Energy Field (Solar, Wind – On/Offshore, BESS etc..). Strong Business and Commercial Acumen encompassing Financial/Investment Analysis, Project Strategy Development, M&A development, Stakeholder liaison/management experience and Skills etc... Effective Leadership, Planning and Organizing skills Excellent communication and stakeholder relation skills
