Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER UAE Chief Commercial Officer. Role Purpose The Group Commercial Manager shall have the primary responsibility of commercial, contractual and associated financial management of all Group companies and construction projects to ensure profit targets are met and cash is managed in a manner consistent with Group processes. Maximise the financial effectiveness of the businesses through diligent management and application of proper contractual and commercial policy and procedures. Effective assessment and mitigation of risks associated with commercial and contract management by institutionalizing proactive systems. Develop and maintain beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and other business partners. This position has a significant level of interaction with the company’s Board members, Group leadership and Subsidiary leaders. Responsibilities § Developing and effectively executing the commercial strategies of the Group § Managing contracts including contract documents, negotiations and preparation on contractual and commercial input for the project business plan § Commercial policy, systems procedures, performance management and reporting § Commercial risk assessment and mitigation § Supervision of subordinates and team management Requirements § 15+ years of experience § Accredited by the Royal The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors § A highly capable leader who is able to overcome challenges and deliver results. § Proven ability in building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders Location Dubai – United Arab Emirates (with local and international travel as necessary)
