Chief Financial Officer 
25 yearsJob Description : Reporting to the COO & Plant Head and functionally to the Group Finance Head. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical role in developing and implementing the overall Finance Strategy for the Organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will be an advisor to the COO & Plant Head, Group CFO and MD evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and economic modeling and in conjunction with them overseeing Finance and Treasury. Responsibilities § Develop and implement the overall finance strategy for the organization § # #Work closely with Senior Management on all new M & A, expansion projects; Conduct due diligence, risk assessment etc. § Managing cash flow and debts and building strong relations with Financial Institutes and Banks § Develop and manage governance, controls, assurance and compliance frameworks § Develop risk management methodology § Ensure sound balance sheet management, including debt and equity financing § Ensure that all corporate legal and tax are met in all jurisdictions the company operates § Handling corporate governance, risk management, cash flow, banks, investment and expansion plan § Reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts before submission to the board/MD § Recommending on product pricing decisions § Preparing and presenting budgets to the board/MD § Spearheading business improvement initiatives such as cost optimization procurement pricing execution and other process improvements and innovations § Review of monthly Accounts ,Profit and Loss , monthly cost sheets § Review of Monthly /Weekly Budget/ MIS § Ensure proper internal system implementations, control and sustenance § Build team capability and competence Requirements § A seasoned and mature leader, a CA (ICAI) with at least 25 years of broad finance experience § Experience managing the finance function (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) within a diverse, large manufacturing entity with a similar turnover § Demonstrable passion for processes systems and an ability to streamline, manage change and mentor the Chairman and Board members. Mature and proactive, with evidence of having worked as a true business partner to the Head / Board of a multi-dimensional / manufacturing organization § Experience in working with Manufacturing of Steel / Metal industry would be preferred § Creativity, with experience funding activities in ways that both cover costs and generate operating margins § Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model. Technology savvy with prowess in BI tools, Excel and related ERPs § An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information § A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality
