Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER ROMANIA Manage the entire product line cycle. 2) Drawing the action plan for the production process. 3) Utilization of resources (materials, machine, consumables and manpower) efficiently to maximize the output. 4) Strategically coordinate entire production activities with minimum downtime 5) Makes decision about implementation and adjustment of the production schedule. 6) Identify process deficiencies and operational gaps to increase the plants output. 7) Resolve issues related to trouble shooting 8) Implement standardized work flows and guide the daily work 9) Ability to direct practical knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Equipments for maintenance & Troubleshooting. 10) Ensure adherence to the quality in the production process and the product specification (Micron level, treatment level, friction level etc.) and take corrective actions where required. 11) Develop Waste Management and reduction plan and incorporate applicable regulations. 12) Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines 13) Ensures that standard operating procedures and EHS guidelines are adhered 14) Able to effectively monitor the inventory levels and Turnaround time . 15) Hands on experience in production , Planning and control along with knowledge of waste management , Quality Orientation , EHS etc. Looking for Someone from BOPET Production , who has worked or working on Dornier 8.7 M line in Polyester .
