Job Description : Chief Executive Officer – East Africa This vacancy is for a group of companies hiring for their footwear business. Age Group – Upto 50 years. Education- MBA (Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance or any specialization will be preferred). Relevant experience of minimum 10 to 12+ years in the footwear industry in a similar capacity is a must. African work experience with minimum 3 yrs experience as Business Head responsible for P & L. Strategic planning and people management skills are the two key functions of this role. The candidate must have experience in developing, planning, and implementing successful strategies. Should be an excellent leader with In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles. The remuneration and perks provided are best in the industry.
