15 yearsJob Description : SALES HEAD AUTO UAE Candidate with only Automobile Industry required to apply Achieve dealership targets for sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities. Manage supplier performance through a business review and demonstrate clear operational improvements. No past-due debt on supplier accounts; no suspended receipts. Risks and issues identified, with action plans in place and delivered on time. Managing a commodity deck, ensuring supply readiness Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, loss of business to competitors) Oversee the sales and aftersales divisions, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget Set financial and growth objectives for each unit, and plan accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with the Group. Maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings with customers, employees, and vendors Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee development and teamwork Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers Monitor automotive market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Negotiate vehicle purchase contracts with manufacturers and other dealerships Manage inventory levels and vehicle pricing to maximize profitability Direct the activities of sales, finance, and dealership and Prepare monthly reports and present them to the shareholders. To create all operating policies of the business, within agreed guidelines, including pricing and credit limits, customer service levels, warranty and guarantee policies. Monitor continuously all business activities to identify potential threats and opportunities and adjust plans and objectives accordingly. This includes competitor actions in products and services, customer changes, economic and market trends. Manage the operation and usage of all financial and business management information, arrange and conduct monthly review and control meetings. Ext.
