Job Description : HEAD PROTECTION SERVICES ZAMBIA Job Summary: To initiate and recommend appropriate security systems for adequate protection of the area while taking into account operational security risks. Initiates and recommends to management appropriate security systems for adequate protection of the area, or property and employees To lead operational security risk management activities to enhance the value of the company and brand and prioritize security initiatives based on appropriate risks identified to ensure total protection of company property. Provides advice to management on all security matters, reviews security systems in use from time to time and recommends changes necessary to make it more effective. Create a reliable and strong intelligence & information network Maintain relationships with local and state law enforcement and other related government agencies to ensure sound relationships and maximum security in the area of operations Ensures that the security department is adequately trained to meet the needs of the department and ensure efficiency Formulate security budgets and ensure timely implementation Professional :- Diploma/Degree in any Administration discipline/Graduation in any discipline • Should have served as an officer in Military or police service for at least 10 years • 10 years’ experience in security operations management with at least 5 years at senior management level • Good computer skills
