Production and Packaging Manager

Job Description : Production & Packaging Manager ZAMBIA Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering or Production Management would be advantageous Computer literacy (advanced Microsoft Excel is advantageous) Minimum 10 years relevant experience within a Packaging / Production environment (Dairy Industry) Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience within a leadership role Key Responsibilities: Managing and direct all departmental operations with overall responsibilities for production and packaging, maintenance, quality and other product-related activities. Manage the proper maintenance of all packaging machines, scheduling staff for efficiency, and ensuring the availability of packaging materials and goods to be packaged. Oversee employees within the operation and ensure that goods are packed correctly and intime for distribution.
