Supervision in the balance and in the daily tonnage of the dining room POS box and delivery to Reception for verification Analysis of the information obtained through the system of complaints and suggestions related to your department. ?Supervision and implementation of internal processes, including relationships with suppliers. ?Implement new concepts of restoration from 0 together with the founders of the group. Work with architecture and industrialists in the construction management for the adaptation of new restaurants. Analyze and search for new business opportunities to implement and replicate. ADE or Business, or FP with a degree in Administration and Finance Minimum experience of 15 years with direct responsibilities of p&l, implementation of new restaurant concepts and search for new opportunities. Experience in supervising and hiring room staff (head of bar, kitchen, room). Experience in implementation of control systems for the management of restaurant establishments.
