General Manager

Job Description : General Manager - Business Strategy & Development for one of the leading organizations in the cement business based out of Mumbai. An ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: 1. Overall professional experience of 18 years in corporate strategy, preferably within the cement, EPC or equity research industry. 2. Ability to work in liaison with different business functions as well as to individually formulate and execute global strategy for current and long-term projections of the organization. 3. Lead/support business and operational excellence plans, as well as strategic partnerships. 4. Experience in handling mergers and acquisitions is preferred. Prior experience in managing greenfield and brownfield projects would be an added advantage. 5. A full-time MBA is a must.
