Job Description : GM UAE A well established and successful food manufacturing and distribution company with ambitious growth plans is looking for a strong leader to head their expansion plans. The role and what it needs...a seasoned leader seeped in the food business with extensive experience in managing the Middle East markets. You would come with well-rounded experience in business strategy, planning, execution, financials and a track record of delivering superior growth which is innovation-led. You would be accountable for the complete operations, manage cross-functional reporting and grow both top and bottom lines. Experience in managing substantial operations with multiple manufacturing units is key. It is a board facing role so prior experience in a similar capacity is critical. Candidates must have quality 20+ years of progressive work experience in the food industry. Your track record of achievements in P&L responsibility and direct and control internal business processes. Knowledge of GCC markets is mandatory.
