Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER GALCIA, SPAIN Important company in the industrial sector, looking for a: INDUSTRIAL PLANT MANAGER Will report to the company's management committee and will be located in the industrial plant located in Galicia. It will be the maximum person in charge of the facilities, among its functions: Comprehensive management of the plant, supervising the proper functioning of the operation and maintenance. Ensure compliance with PRL measures, process safety, protection plans, environment and quality, annual plans, audits, procedures. Management of the human team, subcontractors and service companies. Maintain external relations with local authorities, institutions, public bodies, inspection companies, subcontractors. Planning and coordination of stops. Management of the plant's income statement, cost control, purchasing management and contracting of service companies and suppliers. Desirable degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mining or similar with previous experience in management and leading work teams of at least 12 years in plant and 5 years as Plant Manager/Head or O&M positions in an industrial environment, ideally experience in operations with fluids, processes and their systems , highly valued chemical or energy industry. Training in integrated quality and management systems (SIG). Training or in-depth knowledge of ISO 9000/14000/18000 standards for operations, facilities or industrial processes. Training in ORP, risk assessment, crisis, emergencies. High English. Ability to work in a team with leadership skills, management skills and a resolving attitude in the face of incidents.
