Job Description : INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR ASTURIAS SPAIN As Industrial Director, your main tasks will be: Management of the process engineering team Implementation of industrialization projects Supervision, standardization and continuous improvement of processes Define, measure and evaluate plant KPIs Collaborate in the preparation of industrial investment projects Coordination with the logistics and production director An industrial engineer or similar is required with at least 18 years of experience in a production plant for industrial batch manufacturing equipment. Essential fluent English and mastery of computer tools as well as LEAN methodology. Valuable knowledge of MES systems and use of SAP. We are looking for a profile with marked leadership skills that is the benchmark in the production and operations area.
