15 yearsJob Description : Head of Commercial - Multinational Oil & Gas Component Manufacturer INDONESIA Key Job Responsibilities: Define and implement action plans by customers and achieve product lines profitability and revenue targets (products/services) Built and drive the promotion plan of the company's abilities and products in Indonesia, defended and promotes local content to end users, stakeholders, etc. as per Company’s strategy Identify, prioritize, and take action to answer key market/customers’ needs. Ensure the sales organization respects internal processes and policies and answers customer tenders inaccurately, and in a timely manner, and meets customer’s expectations. Manage directly the team of outside sales, tech sales, and back office to drive revenue growth for products and services in accordance with defined targets. Maintain/grow the team capabilities through hiring/orienting/training processes. Take direct charge of some key accounts - (20% of his time) Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Sales Experience in sales, technical sales, negotiations, and customer service. Previous experience with an international company Knowledge of the Oil and Gas market / Geothermal / Indonesia’s regulatory bodies 15 to 20 years experience (5 years in a similar role)
