Regional Finance Manager

Job Description : Regional Finance Manager (Middle East) in Dubai Location!!! CPA/ CA- Certification is mandatory Responsibilities: The position will be a key part for our Operations & Business Excellence team, working closely on planning, analysis and execution including financial controlling and reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures, while providing insightful analysis and recommendations. The position has dual responsibility. As finance manager for local Finance and Administration in UAE as well as consolidation for the Middle East region (UAE + Joint Venture in KSA). Local: · Manage the entire accounting and finance department. (7 HC) · Take a proactive role in controlling the business performance and supporting the Business and Sales Managers to achieve targeted result · Play a key role in the continued development of deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning process by partnership with the business leaders · Ensure that sales operations adhere to financial, legal requirements and procedures · Support all departments (mainly sales), providing actionable analysis and driving strong controller-ship and business partnership. · Responsible for the overall financial performance of assembly point including but not limited to productivity net working capital CAPEX budgeting and reporting · Preliminary control of the company's costs, revenues and cash flows, including optimization proposals/tracking. · Debt management and collections, Assessment of payment terms of commercial contracts. · Perform financial reporting, financial analysis, trend analysis, forecasting and budgeting · Provide on monthly/quarterly and annual bases all inventory related analysis and support around gross inventory, provisions, aging and material throughput time, including driving discussions with the operations and business area teams, and making recommendations as appropriate · Perform monthly variance analysis and GAP analysis to annual budget, including graphs, charts and root cause analysis · Meet critical business and corporate deadlines such as the monthly and yearly closing,reconciliations, and reporting · Financial evaluation / business simulations / supporting calculations of main KPIs · Liaise with insurance companies · Complying applicable tax laws and tax filings. · Laise with internal and external auditors. · Liase with external legal on litigation matters · Manage and Control bank facilities. · Responsible as compliance officer for Policies as well as all legal requirements. · Responsible for HR department. · Processing of salaries using WPS · Be one of the key players in the implementation of potential new ERP
