Job Description : PLANT HEAD GUINEA FOR EXTRUDER BLOWN FILM Must Have Hands-on experience on Multi / Mono Layer Extruder Blown film line. Person should capable to handle production of plastic multi-layer blow films from 20 to 200 micron with process parameters and Trouble Shooting, Basic Understanding of Preventive Repairs and maintenance of Equipment. • Sound Understanding of QC Tests. Person should have knowledge about below different films, resins, additives and formulation as per below product. • Shrink film for industrial use • Stretch film • Agristretch film • LDPE Films for converters • LDPE/PA/EVOH Barrier Films • PA/LDPE Barrier Films Co-extruded multilayer film for food and liquid (hd/ld base water pouch) • Work with team members, shift supervisors and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise. Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions, and take care of them as they come up . Age Range:- 40 to 50 years old Industry Experience: - Candidate should have at least min 20+ years proven experience in three layer IBC blown film extruder, Printing (Flexo and CI ),Slitting, and Pouching on Multi-layer Machines. Work . Specific skill:- should be Responsible for Overall Administrations including Production, Maintenance and Quality Control.
