Job Description : head of technology for Jakarta - Indonesia location. We are open for local and expats both. Head of Technology for Digital Role & responsibilities: • Responsible for E-Commerce’s core technology and product roadmap, technology innovation, infrastructure, application development, digital technology, Martech & business transformation. • Lead the application development and delivery initiatives for E-Commerce business solution. • Make infrastructure strategies that oversee network, application, and data security. • Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. • Identify E-Commerce website & apps requirement, analysis of business needs, provide recommendation & designing innovative solutions that meet requirements. • Providing technical leadership and oversee overall technology development and utilization plan and manage all information technology teams and resources. • Manage all E-Commerce Technology team and operations. Requirements: • Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable University. • Minimum 12 years’ experience in similar field with min. 5 years in Senior Managerial Level in eCommerce. • Besides Digital Tech and Magento, need to have knowledge and skills on data analytics, product management and project management skills. • Strong analytical thinking and collaboration skill. • Sharp business sense, detail-oriented. Fluent English is a must. • Has a proven track of leadership and capable to lead a big team.
