Chief Commercial Officer

Job Description : Chief Commercial Officer / Country Sales Head / Sales Director for a leading FMCG (Beverage) organization based in Nigeria. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, communicating and executing the annual sales operating plan, while ensuring the sales team have the proper training, tools and motivation to achieve the set targets for the assigned country. The ideal candidate will have 15 years in Sales experience, of which at least 5 years have been at a senior sales management level, within the FMCG Industry and preferably within a beverage/CSD Company.
