Business Unit Head

Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT HEAD UGANDA Direct & manage the overall business operations in a manner that ensures that the company meets set profitability, cashflow and compliance performance objectives on an on-going to deliver improved shareholder value, which would involve : 1. Drive the development and implementation of the Company's long term and annual strategic plan in convergence with all stakeholders. 2. Develop and implement the annual business and financial plans of the business with guidance/approval from the Board and regular review of performance against the plan. 3. Steer, support, facilitate and direct the Company operations in the attainment of the annual operational and financial plans. More importantly, focus on sales objectives, whilst delivering on the overall strategy to attain set out goals and review the goals on a timely basis and adjust accordingly Must be out in the field visiting customers and building markets for our products for at least 15 days per month. Desired Profile : - Engineer + MBA having around 20 years experience of which min. 5 yrs. as a Profit Center Head Experience. - Should be strong on Commercial aspects, Supply Chain functions & Sales and Marketing. - Africa Experience will be desirable.
